Great same day service, don't push for additional repairs but recommended everything that could/should be fixed. Not the first car or truck iv brought to these guys including different locations and every time I'm thrilled. life long customer here! As a business owner I just respect how important customer service is and these guys knock it out of the park every time. Can't comment much to pricing because I never call around I just know they are fair and will do a great job.

I called to schedule our brake job on a Thursday, knowing we were going out of town the following week, prepared to schedule for a good 2 weeks out. They got us in the next day. We dropped the car off early, they called us that night saying they squeezed us in early & breaks would be done the next morning. At 9:30 the next morning, they were done. Efficiency at its finest. They were kind, easy to work with & price effective. Will absolutely return.

This is a review to add onto Jackson’s review from a week ago. We brought our Cadillac CTS for brakes because they were squeaking so we assumed that we needed new brakes/ rotors. As I came to pick up my car and pay for the brakes, I was informed that somebody had ran into my car, causing extensive damage while it was being pulled out of the garage. Ok, no big deal, they didn’t charge me for the work and I got my car fixed. However the squeaking never stopped. We brought back the car several times tried several different brakes and change the rotors. We were charged $280 the last time we took it in and they are still squeaking. We provided all the new parts every time we brought the car in which added up all three times and was very inconvenient. It is frustrating that a place that claim that they specialize in brakes, cannot figure out where a squeak is coming from on the brakes. We are now going to take it to another place have to spend more money. Hopefully my car doesn’t get smashed there, and hopefully the squeak goes away.

They did a wonderful job, fixing only what was necessary. The quote came out lower than originally expected which was a pleasant surprise. Kelly, the manager, was helpful, friendly, and professional. You don’t see that a lot anymore. They have definitely earned my future business and recommendation to my family and friends. Thank you!

Very professional and very honest. The technician took very good care of my truck. Just went in for a free inspection. Found a few issues and they did not try to push me into repairs on the spot. I will ALWAYS recommend Golden Rule for anyone who needs repairs or just unsure. Thank you guys. You are AWESOME!!!
